Best customer for the Time of Use plan by CoServ Electric The Time of Use plan would mostly benefit residents who can definitely avoid the "On-peak" hours (every day of the week).
One factor to keep in mind is the nearly-triple "on-peak" rate that will kick-in for the baseline electricity a household uses when no one is home (refrigeration, "vampire" lights, etc).
Choose the Wind Rate : CoServ Electric electricity plan for residents
Since 2009, CoServ Electric has enabled residents to support the renewable energy market with wind-produced electricity. For customers who find that installing, owning, and maintaining a wind turbine -quite frankly- impossible, CoServ:
- purchases local renewable wind generation resources, and
- retires Renewable Energy Credits equivalent to the amount of monthly kWh consumed
