Heads-up on the supply side. Central Hudson is your wires (delivery) utility no matter what. You can keep Central Hudson as your default supplier or pick an alternative ESCO. The New Windsor office cannot enrol you with an ESCO, only Central Hudson; ESCO sign-ups are handled directly with the supplier.
