What PPL does (and does not) handle in Lancaster
PPL Electric Utilities is the regulated EDC for Lancaster: it owns the poles, wires and meters that bring electricity to your home, and it is the default supplier if you have not picked a competitive EGS from PAPowerSwitch.com.
