Bill Pay Phone Number

Call 1-888-925-5016 to pay your bills over the phone 24/7 on Payment Express, ConEd's automated system. Note that ConEdison accepts payment by checking or savings account. Payment by credit or debit card will go through a third party that will charge a processing fee. The following cards are accepted:

• Debit cards bearing the MasterCard logo
• Debit cards from a major banking network, such as NYCE, STAR, or PULSE
